MEC3 is knows abroad for innovation for this reason MEC3 Teachers will explain participants recipes with innovative and trendy products, such as gelato pralines, mono portions and gelato cakes.

Courses are designed to allow participants to learn quickly and practically the basics of finest Italian artisan gelato production, from classics to special flavours.
